Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For sanitary reasons all wigs and extensions are Non-refundable. Any Hair Extension that has been customized, washed, worn, or altered in any way may not be returned.

We do not offer credits on any of our merchandise.

We reserve the right not to accept a return.
